If your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us via email at TrackingMyPackage@gmail.com prior to your order being shipped. Your address cannot be updated once your package ships.
It can take up to 15 business days to receive a tracking number after your purchase. We do not include weekends/holidays as business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, generated via USPS. To find your tracking number, search your email for Pitney Bowes or USPS.
Once your package is scanned at USPS, your tracking number will update with an estimated (not exact) delivery date, via USPS.com. We cannot control how quickly tracking information is updated. International orders can take at least 3-8 weeks for delivery after your order is completed. We DO NOT cover possible customs’ fees or additional taxes.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed delivered by USPS tracking, nor will we ship the package again or offer refunds. Please provide exact and secure shipping information.
